How It Works
1) Complete the Client Intake Questionnaire (accessible on mobile or computer).
2) Strategy call to confirm goals, scope, and workflow needs.
3) Talent search and vetting across multiple vetted VA networks,
4) Presentation of your top 3 matched candidates (resume, intro video, and background details when available
5) You select your VA and we coordinate handoff, onboarding guidance, and transition support.

Professional Placement Packages
Starter — $750 (Intro: $550)
• Research & scouting across multiple VA companies
• Delivery of 3 vetted VA candidates handpicked for your industry
•Each Candidate include profile photo, resume, business relevant experience, and a short video (when available)
• 7 days of liaison support-I work with the VA to confirm start time, track logins, and check task completion
• Client handles interviews and long-term onboarding
• One free replacement within 30 days
• VA wages are separate; paid directly to the VA and/or company.
Growth — $1,150 (Intro: $950)
• Research & scouting across multiple VA companies
• Delivery of 3 vetted VA candidates handpicked for your industry
•Each Candidate include profile photo, resume, business relevant experience, and a short video (when available)
•We personally pre-interview the top 3 candidates
•You conduct the final interview with our guidance, if needed
• 30 days of liaison support for onboarding and communication-I monitor VA’s task, confirm timelines, and act as the go-between
• One free replacement within 30 days
• VA wages are separate; paid directly to the VA and/or company
Premium — $2,150 (Intro: $1,850)
• Research & scouting across multiple VA companies
• Delivery of 3 vetted VA candidates handpicked for your industry
•Each Candidate include profile photo, resume, business relevant experience, and a short video (when available)
•We personally pre-interview the top 3 candidates & select final candidate (if needed) or you can conduct the final interview with our guidance.
•30 days of liaison support for onboarding and communication-I monitor VA’s task, confirm timelines, and act as the go-between
• One free replacement within 90 days-$300 additional replacements. After 12 months full payment will be required
• VA wages are separate; paid directly to the VA and/or company
Add on Services
Virtual Assistant Oversight
This service is for clients who already pay their virtual assistant directly and want strong leadership without handing over payroll. We provide structure accountability and guidance so your assistant performs at a higher level and your business runs smoother.
This service is designed for assistants working part time and is best suited for up to 10 hours per week. For higher workloads we recommend the fully managed service.

Fully Managed Virtual Assistant
This service is for business owners who are ready to stop managing and start leading. We hire onboard manage and pay your virtual assistant so you can stay focused on growing your business without daily supervision.
You are not paying for hours. You are investing in leadership stability and peace of mind.
Pricing includes payroll management leadership oversight and operational responsibility.

Service Notes & Policies
Our pricing reflects leadership responsibility consistency and management. You are not paying only for time. You are paying for structure oversight and support.
The oversight service is designed for assistants working part time and is limited to ten hours per week.
For higher workloads the fully managed service is required.
With the fully managed service you pay one monthly fee that covers both your assistant and ongoing management.
With the oversight service you pay your assistant directly and only pay us for leadership support.
billing and cancellation
All monthly services are billed in advance.
Thirty days written notice is required to cancel.
No refunds are issued for partial months once service has begun.
payment failure policy
If payment fails service may be paused until payment is received. Continued non payment may result in service termination.
Important Notices
• Introductory prices are subject to change at any time. Secure your rate by booking now.
• Placement service fees are nonrefundable once services begin.
• Hourly/monthly VA wages are not included in placement fees (typical range varies by role and provider) and are paid directly to the VA or Company.
• Sample/skills tests requested by the client are at the client’s expense (if applicable).
