How It Works

3) Talent search and vetting across multiple vetted VA networks,
4) Presentation of your top 3 matched candidates (resume, intro video, and background details when available
5) You select your VA and we coordinate handoff, onboarding guidance, and transition support.

Professional Placement Packages
Starter — $750 (Intro: $550)
• Research & scouting across multiple VA companies
• Delivery of 3 vetted VA candidates handpicked for your industry
•Each Candidate include profile photo, resume, business relevant experience, and a short video (when available)
• 7 days of liaison support-I work with the VA to confirm start time, track logins, and check task completion
• Client handles interviews and long-term onboarding
• One free replacement within 30 days
• VA wages are separate; paid directly to the VA and/or company.
Growth — $1,150 (Intro: $950)
• Research & scouting across multiple VA companies
• Delivery of 3 vetted VA candidates handpicked for your industry
•Each Candidate include profile photo, resume, business relevant experience, and a short video (when available)
•We personally pre-interview the top 3 candidates
•You conduct the final interview with our guidance, if needed
• 30 days of liaison support for onboarding and communication-I monitor VA’s task, confirm timelines, and act as the go-between
• One free replacement within 30 days
• VA wages are separate; paid directly to the VA and/or company
Premium — $2,150 (Intro: $1,850)
• Research & scouting across multiple VA companies
• Delivery of 3 vetted VA candidates handpicked for your industry
•Each Candidate include profile photo, resume, business relevant experience, and a short video (when available)
•We personally pre-interview the top 3 candidates & select final candidate (if needed) or you can conduct the final interview with our guidance.
•30 days of liaison support for onboarding and communication-I monitor VA’s task, confirm timelines, and act as the go-between
• One free replacement within 90 days-$300 additional replacements. After 12 months full payment will be required
• VA wages are separate; paid directly to the VA and/or company
