  • Credit Report (Full Tri-Merge Credit Report-Experian, Equifax, & Transunion.) Lender Provided credit report from recent denial. Report must be less than 60 days old.

  • Income Documents- For W2 workers most recent W2 plus last 2 paystubs

  • Self-Employed or 1099: Most recent 1099 and recent tax returns (Sch C)

  • Denial letter or Lender feedback from previous loan submission (if applicable)
